delivery of your unit and thereafter,
throughout the length of our relationship.
This means installing your watercooler
quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of
disruption to your business. It also
requires us to respond with speed in the
unlikely event of your machine developing a
fault.
Key to this promise is ensuring that all of
our service engineers are knowledgeable,
fully-trained and accredited by the
industry’s governing body (EPDWA), as well
as sensitive to the needs of our customers.
Professional installation is important to a
trouble-free supply of drinking water and
our engineers can help you site the unit to
ensure practicality, safety and ease of use.
Additionally, all installations include a
non-return valve, water block, and when
required, a pressure reducing
valve….measures designed to provide
problem-free service from your unit.
However, on the rare occasion that a fault
is identified, you will find our customer
service staff knowledgeable and technically
proficient. A call to our offices with a
description of the fault can often result in
the problem being immediately solved. If
this is not the case, we will ensure that
one of our technicians visits your site as
quickly as possible.
In line with the European Point-of-use
Drinking Water Association's (EPDWA) code of
practice, the filters on our coolers are
changed every 6 months. Unlike many of our
competitors, Aqua Filter supply only high
grade Everpure filters, which filter
impurities as small as 0.5 micron.
At the same time as the filter is changed,
the units are internally cleaned to
ensure a constant high standard of water
purity and freshness. Aqua Filter
will automatically schedule these visits so
that you do not need to remember.
